The extensive wooden areas provide a wide range of
different forest honey. However, this honey cannot be
collected every year as the formation of honeydew is
weather-dependent. Honeydew comes from different
deciduous and coniferous trees and always has a dark
tinge. It is particularly rich in minerals and its tangy,
spicy and powerful aroma makes it an exquisite delicacy.
